Since every set is custom-crafted to your specifications, including your precise measurements, it's essential to start with a sizing kit. This step allows you to determine your ideal fit and shape before submitting your first order.

Unsure of which shape will suit you best? You have the option to either purchase a Shape Finder Kit or share a few clear photos of your natural nails with me. We can then discuss and identify the most suitable option for you together.

Though it may seem like an additional step, starting with a sizing kit guarantees that your set will fit flawlessly and look stunning.

Order Schedule & Availability

Custom Sets
Each week, a limited release of 10 custom sets are available. Every design is carefully handcrafted, with meticulous attention to detail and finish. Due to their exclusivity, these sets are offered on a first come, first served basis and tend to sell out quickly.

Order Cut-Off
Once all 10 custom order slots have been secured, availability will pause until the following Monday at 9.00AM  GMT. This allows time to perfect each order with the care and precision it deserves, ensuring that quality is never compromised.

Please confirm your sizing and design preferences before placing your order. Each custom set is individually made to your specifications and cannot be altered once confirmed.

How to Place Your Custom Order

1. Curate Your Vision
Before submitting your request, take a moment to refine the details of your custom set. Consider the following:

  • Your preferred design or aesthetic inspiration (feel free to include reference photos)
  • Desired nail shape
  • Sizing for each nail
  • Any special requests or personal touches you'd like incorporated

2. Submit Your Request
Once your vision is finalised, you may send your custom order request via:

3. Order Review & Confirmation
Each custom request is reviewed in the order it is received. You will receive a personalised reply confirming the exact details and guidance on what to add to your cart for checkout.

Please note: Your order is only confirmed once checkout has been successfully completed through the website.

4. Review Before Checkout
Take a moment to ensure all details — including design, shape, size, and any bespoke specifications are correct before finalising your purchase. As each set is handcrafted to order, adjustments cannot be made once processing begins.

5. Processing & Shipping
Custom sets require approximately 14 business days for processing and delivery. This timeframe allows every detail to be executed with precision and care.

For quicker dispatch, our Ready to Wear Collection ships within 3–5 days of ordering.

Delivery

United Kingdom Orders
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Royal Mail tracking number. This allows you to follow your parcel's journey and anticipate its arrival with confidence.
